Add one part powder with 2 parts developer into a plastic non-metallic bowl. Alternatively, Mix 1 scoop (provided) powder lightener with 1 oz. of cream developer until you get a pudding like consistency.
While wearing gloves apply mixture to hair in sections using an application brush, being careful not to touch on the roots of your hair. Begin about 1 inch from the scalp working all the way to the ends. After the rest of the head is done, go back and apply to the roots. Cover with a processing cap and let sit for 20-40 minutes.
After processing, rinse and shampoo immediately.
